Corelva Return & Refund Policy

Defective or Damaged Items
If your Corelva brace arrives defective or damaged, contact us at support@corelva.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 Sizing Issues
 We provide a detailed size chart on every product page to help you select the correct fit before purchasing. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for sizing issues. We encourage all customers to review the size guide carefully prior to ordering. If you have questions about sizing  before you buy, contact us at support@corelva.com and we'll help you choose the right size.

Change of Mind
Changed your mind? We get it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue store credit for the full purchase amount. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future order.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or credit.
