Shipping policy

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  Estimated Delivery
  - United States: 7–14 business days after shipment
  - Canada: 10–21 business days after shipment
  - Other International: We do not currently ship outside the US and Canada.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive that email.

Delays
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs for international orders. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@corelva.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
  If your tracking shows delivered but the package has not arrived, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it still cannot be      
  located, contact us at support@corelva.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
