FSA & HSA Eligible — How to Use Pre-Tax Dollars at Corelva
Your FSA or HSA can pay for pain relief. Most people leave hundreds of pre-tax dollars sitting in their health accounts every year — and many Corelva products qualify. Using those dollars is like getting up to 30% off, funded by the tax man instead of a coupon code.
What are FSA and HSA dollars?
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) lets you set aside money from your paycheck before taxes to spend on qualified medical expenses. Because that money was never taxed, every dollar you spend from it goes roughly 20–30% further than a dollar from your checking account. FSA dollars often expire at the end of the plan year — if you have a balance, this is what it's for.
Which Corelva products qualify?
✓ Eligible under most plans — no doctor's note needed
- Corelva Support Belt — back braces are a recognized qualified medical expense
- Corelva SlimFit Support Belt
- Corelva Wrist Wrap — Class II 20–30mmHg medical compression
✓ Eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
- Corelva Neck Pro
- Corelva Neck Classic
- Corelva Foot Revive
- Corelva Leg Revive — FDA-cleared (510(k)) Class II air compression device
An LMN is a short note from a healthcare provider stating the device helps manage a condition — back pain, muscle soreness, repetitive strain, tired or swollen legs. Many providers issue one after a quick telehealth visit.
How to get reimbursed in 3 steps
- Order normally. Pay with any card. Your order confirmation email doubles as an itemized receipt with everything your plan needs.
- Get an LMN if your product needs one (massagers do; braces and compression supports usually don't). Ask your doctor, or use any telehealth provider.
- Submit to your plan administrator. Upload the receipt (plus LMN if needed) to your FSA/HSA portal or app. Most plans reimburse within days, straight to your bank account.

Frequently asked questions
Is a back brace FSA eligible?
Yes — back braces and lumbar supports are qualified medical expenses under most FSA and HSA plans,
with no prescription or doctor's note required. That includes the Corelva Support Belt and SlimFit.
Are massagers FSA/HSA eligible?
Usually yes, with a Letter of Medical Necessity. Powered massage devices qualify when they're used to manage
a specific condition like chronic back pain or muscle strain, and the LMN documents that.
Can I use my FSA/HSA debit card at checkout?
Not yet — FSA/HSA cards only work directly at healthcare-coded merchants. For now, pay normally and
reimburse yourself (it takes minutes). Direct HSA/FSA payment at checkout is coming soon.
What counts as an itemized receipt?
Your Corelva order confirmation email: it shows the product name, price, date, and merchant —
everything a plan administrator needs. We can also email a formatted copy on request.
How much do I actually save?
FSA/HSA dollars are pre-tax, so depending on your tax bracket, paying from your health account saves you
roughly 20–30% compared to paying with taxed income.
Corelva does not provide tax, medical, or benefits advice. Eligibility is always determined by your plan — when in doubt, check with your plan administrator before purchasing.
